We we asked to do an inspection which we did and it was determined the Samsung TV had a faulty LCD panel. The information was forwarded to the Extended Warranty Provider as per protocol, they are the people that make the final decision. Our interaction with this customer was limited and it is the Extended Warranty Providers responsibility to keep the customer up to date on the progress of the TV exchange since the repair was not economical. We always explain this to all customers when the service call is made. We were not responsible for any follow-ups or additional visits.
