This company is refusing to respond to months-long requests to provide warranty for the roof replacement they have done on my parents' place. On top of it, they didn't connect the vents properly and my Mom had to crawl into the attic space to do the proper connection. Since then, she called emailed, and tried live chat on the site asking to provide a warranty certificate. There has been no response and their mailbox is full and it's impossible to leave a message. Buyer beware.
