Peak Property Management

This is ultimately the worst management company ever! Interacting with Deborah (front desk) is absolutely a nightmare every time! I pay my condo fees on time every month, I do not deserve to be treated with rude behavior and attitude. I have asked multiple times for the garbage to be cleaned up around the condo, and was told it may happen in the spring. What exactly are my condo fees paying for? Not to mention the man they hired for bylaw parking, is the cherry on top of the moldy cake (Peak Management). Amiri is to no surprise exactly like the rest of the Peak Management team, has no sympathy for people and is extremely disrespectful. He gave my neighbor a $70.00 ticket for arguing about parking over the lines. The lines were covered in snow. Things do not get done around here, and interactions with the Peak Management team are awful. Avoid purchasing a condo under their "management"!
