We stopped in to check out ideas for stonework for our new house. There was no one around to ask any questions for at least 15 minutes and when someone did come by, he just stood there blankly staring at us while we blindly looked at different products. No information was provided on the differences from one stone to another, no questions were asked about our house, where it was being applied, or what colors we were interested in. When we finally asked price points so we could maybe narrow things down, he told us to ask our contractor... Really useless "salesman".They need to invest in a salesperson who values their potential customers, as I will be telling everyone I know our terrible experience here and will recommend another place we received fantastic service from. Rude, unwelcoming and arrogant service is not something I will support with my business.
