Was told that my furniture will be delivered on a certain day, when i called them the day off, they said oh we rescheduled you to tomm between 12-3pm. So next day I waited until 5 pm still no delivery and then i get a call at 6:30 we will be there in 10 mins....After they deliver the stuff they said they cant assemble it someone will come tomm.... well its been 3 days of me waiting and no one showed up....Every time I call they say " let me look into it and I will call you 5 mins" well so far 5 mins has turned into15 hrs and still no updates.... !! Unreliable would be an understatement !! These guys have no concept of customer service, they do not understand the importance of other people time and their communications skills are pretty much non-existent. A note for the store employees/owner: People do not sit at home all day and everyday. Most people do work . Remember the the money we pay you, well we do need work for that. Please stop assuming people sit at home waiting for you to deliver and/or assemble
