I've been seeing him, on and off, for about 3 years now. He does such an amazing job of diffusing worry and talking you through your problems. He has helped me to understand my anxiety and depression, and he takes the time to explain things physiologically and emotionally. I am in my late 20s, and I wish I found him earlier in my life because I know that I could have used his support sooner. Very approachable, accommodating, and truly wonderful at what he does. Would recommend to anyone looking for an unbiased, smart perspective to help through a tough time!!
