Lovely to work with during the process. Terrible after service. We had a leak into our living room from a bathroom upstairs within a month of moving in and were told that it must have been from an overflowing tub or toilet. This wasn't the case and when we looked carefully at the tub spout, we found that none of it had been caulked and that water had leaked behind the tub surround and down through the floor to our living room ceiling. We were told that they never caulk those fixtures. Simon did caulk it when we pushed but he would not repair the damage to our living room ceiling. There was also water leaking at the base of our shower glass in another bathroom which they said shouldn't be caulked. We found the installation instructions for the shower and indeed it showed where the caulking was to be done. Numerous other issues arose but we didn't go back to them for service knowing they wouldn't take responsibility.
