Blue Line Taxi

I always use Blue Line Taxi whenever I'm out and about in Pickering. I was at Irish Times one night waiting for my cab and a lady approached me, offering me a ride home for "free". I looked over at her car and it was a normal car with a Rates DD Service sign in the windshield. I told her I didn't need a DD, because I didn't drive to the bar. She said when her and her co-worker aren't busy, they take people home saving huge amounts of cab fare. I'm glad I waited for my Blue Line taxi, the cabby explained it's illegal and the industry is having problems with scab DD operators.
