I would never deal with these people again, they put down my previous accountant(so they should) and they turned out to be even worse, brought in the books and history in Jan took till august to get first results, found numerous errors, they fixed then when to forensic guy he finds even more things wrong, his girl blames me saying I didn't provided the info, yet emails show I did, don't walk away Run!!! there response:"I remind you that our engagement was limited as laid out in the letter of engagement that you signed. I would also remind you that the letter of representations you sign stated that you had disclosed at information necessary to complete the engagement. You also reviewed the financial statements prepared and signed off on them as well, in other words will blame you for everything even thou were the professionals, I have tried to find a body he belongs to like CPA or such good luck with that, he calls himself a RA whatever!!
