DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PET. My boyfriend brought my 25lb eskimo-x to her appointment today for a spring trim. Nothing fancy just buzzed short to make spring mud easy to clean off. Every groomer she has gone to has said she is timid and scared but completely manageable. Her usual groomer takes about 45 minutes from drop-off to pick-up for the same cut. We got her back with PART OF HER EAR CUT OFF. My boyfriend didn't think to check her from head to toe because they didn't mention any issues but when they got home he found the bloody fresh scab. We would have understood if they mentioned it was an accident and were upfront about it. But they purposely ommitted this information. I will never take her back there and I will discourage anyone from giving these monsters any business.
