Be very careful when you hire Mr. Robert to do the job for you.Mr Robert gave me an estimate for a job at one of my client's house and here is the strategy Mr Robert follow, the estimate for the job for was $450 and he explained everything the materials and parts that he will use (according to this price) next day after he started digging he called me and said he didn't make the proper estimate and there is more work to be done so he needs more money ....he said a hundred dollars and I agreed , when the job finished and time to pay , holding his I Pad I heard him talking about $ 1100 when I asked why , it is 450 +100 is 550 he said no I said $300 and you didn't hear me properly..bottom line he charged me $200 extra, here is the rest of the story, we agreed that he will winterize the system for $60 , when I called him to come and do it he said that he will charge me almost $300 ...Mr Robert is trying to corner me again ..either to pay him this money or he get away with the 5 years warranty on the job.
