Pleasant Valley Campground

I am never one to give bad reviews. Especially family businesses. I have been reviewing properties for years and always try to outweigh the good from negative. But for the first time reviewing for google, hotels.com, booking expedia and so on. I finally have a bitter taste in my mouth and a bad experience. I booked a site at this campground because I have family with a seasonal site and wanted to spend a weekend with them. From the first point of sale, I realized my family and I were going to have some hiccups with this business. I made a reservation and was charge through their site, 130.00 dollars. Then i get a confirmation that they changed my site and needed to charge me another 96.00. Once at the campground I was told I wasnt charged the 1rst charge and i needed to pay the 96.00 for the new site. I contacted Visa and they confirmed I was charged. I am still waiting for my 1rst payment returned. Once at site, we realized we now have a full sun site. Even though we mad
