This place is a joke, they refuse to help modify treatment, they refuse to listen to the patient when filling out legal documents, they refuse to provide cops of medical records, then when they finally co sent they charge a rediculous $75.00 fee to provide a hard copy since they refused to fax the documents. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
