Grass trimmer wouldn't start. I was told twice it would be looked at before end of day and they would call me. Never did call. When I went 2 weeks later to take it somewhere else, they said they had spent much time looking for the problem and that it could not be fixed. Charged me an estimate fee of $34. 95. I then took the trimmer to Home Depot where they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes ( a broken wire) and repaired it at no charge. Draw your own conclusion from that.
