My parents lived near this shop, and they and I used Katie's services perhaps fifty times over 15 years. Totally delighted with the customer service and the quality of the work. An uncle also regularly used her service and highly recommend her before he knew we had being using her for years. To the other reviewer: it's a one-person business; it's not Walmart.
