Rbc Royal Bank

Shout out to PAM for being the complete worst customer service experience I had ever had in my entire life. I honestly wish there was such thing as 0 stars. I deposited money in my girlfriend's account using her card and information then immediately went outside to etransfer it to my landlord for my already 3 day late rent. The app was not letting me send it saying I had insufficient funds (this is because somehow RBC thinks it's acceptable to have machines that READ the bills you deposit but do not actually verify anything or deposit it immediately). I then went back inside to ask why the app was not letting me send my money and another customer had spotted my GFs wallet outside the bank and brought it to the table (I was ofcourse hollering thank you and asking the lady for it as I had just used it to deposit money and needed it to manage the issue with our funds). No help. I had her RBC app SIGNED IN with her info, and every possible piece of info one could need to verify.
