I recently had to deal with this shop to obtain compression stockings for use after surgery for varicose veins. The stockings were $59.00 more than the same product at Shoppers .But my main complaint is the Disrespectful service I received . When they arrived they were not stockings but pantyhose in a different colour. They did say they made a mistake and ordered pantyhose instead of what was on my precsription.They had to be thigh highs ,my colour choice was expresso first,black or navy. I did get a call saying they were in and were in and the original colour that I ordered (expresso). I went to pick them up .The box clearly said NUDE colour and the guy who ordered them tried to tell me that in thigh highs that this was EXPRESSO colour.Even after opening the box and showing him and 2 other staff that the stockings were a beige (NUDE) colour , he continued to say they were expresso.I had no choice but to take them as surgery is this week. Appalling Rude Service.Never returning to this facility.
