Guy came to spray for wasps on our roof and had a ladder that fit inside his austin mini. Then told us he couldn't reach the peaks on the roof after we paid and inspected the roof. Wasps were swarming the roof still. I said I wasn't happy that we would need to call another company to actually do the work and he started yelling at me on our driveway. Super unprofessional, un prepared and not ready to solve the issue. Call someone else and make sure they own a ladder.
