This is a shout out to a Lisa loo who left a review on my google page.I must say I was truely horrified when I saw your comments.all I could think as I read the awful things you said and I could Not recall any incedent like that ever happening.Then I seen that was posted 11months ago and that would have brought it back to feb,well I spent the whole month of feb.in the hospital when I came back from Mexico.i did have a replacement to cover for me while I was in hospital.so I do apologize if you were not treated with respect,but I assure you it was NOTme.Sad because anyone who knows me would know right away that wasent me.
