Riverview Optical Review Buyer beware! I purchased a pair of Versace glasses from this location, however from the previous owner less than 2 years ago. Yesterday, the arm fell off. Basically, I was told there is only a 1 year warranty on frames from the vendor. I paid $750.00 and now the glasses are garbage. The vendor won't stand behind their product nor will the store (best offer was a new pair of frames at cost which is still more than $100.00). I have been wearing glasses for more than 50 years and I purchase new ones every two years. NEVER has an eyeglass vendor not gone the extra mile to provide ultimate service to me, until today. I will not purchase from this store - ever and I will NEVER refer colleagues, friends, or acquaintances to purchase from there.
