Bath Fitter

Bath Fitter installed shower doors for us on May 12/12 and on June 16/16, one of these doors exploded. Luckily no one was in the bathroom!After having the manager deny any liability on behalf of Bath Fitter, because apparently our doors were not manufactured by them and must have suffered an end impact, they will either replace and install the one door for $425, we can travel to Calgary and pick up one door and try installing it ourselves or they will come and remove the remaining door and frame for a cost of $299. So much for their LIFETIME WARRANTY. Bath Fitter apparently manufacture their own doors now and the manager said they can explode at any time, not just at the time of impact. If you are thinking of doing business with them, please take note, it is definitely BUYER BEWARE.
