This is a follow-up to my review posted November 25th Now under new management, Thermomatrix has completely addressed our concerns and stood by their system with a level of service that was unexpected. Our heating system is now working perfectly and I would like to say a huge thank you to Jeff for going above and beyond to make sure that the mistakes of the past were corrected. We now have a high quality, efficient system that heats our home beautifully. Jeff - thank you again
