D Jay'S Restaurant

It's a good location, though the construction nearby is a tiny bit of a pain. They do some really good pizzas, and their specialties you can't get elsewhere-- most any place'll have a Greek pizza, eg, but only D Jay's has something like their mushroom fusion, which has 2-3 different kinds of mushrooms on a pesto sauce with multiple cheeses. It's really delicious. They also do some of the better burgers I've had at a sit-down restaurant, too-- not too big, and so tender your teeth just slide right through. Good soups, though to be fair, it's not all that hard to find a good French onion. They know what they're doing in their kitchens, though-- escargot and scallops both came out absolutely perfectly-cooked.
