I have ordered from here twice with a long distance #. They did not understand both times that I did not have a landline. Had to repeat my self several times each time I called. They messed up my first order even after they repeated my order back to me the first time and the second time they had my order wrong when they repeated it back to me and I was very clear on the phone. Also, the first time I ordered they asked how I will be paying and I said debit. They did not relay the message to the driver so I had to scavenge for cash because they said they would not go back to get the machine without taking the food with them after already waiting 1 1/2 hours for them.
