Deneigement Saint Charles Inc

So last winter, one of their drivers was removing the snow from my driveway and he clipped a plastic piece from my house!!! So i filmed the whole thing, took pocture and stopped the guy for breakimg a piece od my house. He told me not to worry about it and that someone will come fix it the same week. One week pass, I call them, they dodnt even know the problem!! I explain to them and they told me that someone will come in summer. Now were in summer and im still waiting, when I call them they answer once every week and they told me that someone will come tomorrow. Yuppp never came. I call them they tell me the guy will come in 3 days. Yupp once again never came. I call them again no answer... I believe this company is full.of unprofessional and unhonest people. I wouldmt recommend it for anyone.
