Our experience with him (Mr. Steve Belisle) was terrible. After receiving a handsome deposit he despaired for a while. When he came back, he and his crew always showed up to the work late afternoon and worked only for a couple of hours. He was very incompetent, deceiving and dishonest. Neighbors complained about him and his workers as being sloppy and use of substances. Although he said he often worked in Ottawa and knew the City's code, his work did not pass the City's inspection. We had to hire someone else to demolish and rebuild his work and cleanup the mess he left at the site. The project costed us about three times more, took long time requiring a lot of chasing, and had a very poor quality. I cannot recommend him to anyone.
