I called in regarding an emergency procedure as I was in excruciating pain and couldn't concentrate on anything at work. I showed up to this mall location with the front office open to the mall area, no door, no privacy, peculiar atmosphere. I sat for nearly 2 hours before I was finally seen, by a hygienist who barely spoke English, to the point they didn't understand basic questions regarding what was going on. More on this later... Once numbed up, again, not being told what was going on, I was told to wait outside, drooling for nearly 1.5 hours before being brought back in. At this point my teeth were polished and then for a good 15 minutes the same hygienist struggled to put on some clamp-like device for a filling or root canal procedure. The dentist came in, gave me some more local anesthesia and went to work. The whole while, making fat jokes and laughing with his assistant.
