My husband was having trouble with his Fitbit , we purchased it at the Wasaga Source. Jack was working the day we went in . He was amazing! He tried to reboot the watch and nothing worked, but he kept trying. He was understanding and kind to us. Finally telling us to contact Fitbit tell the our troubles, gave us the phone number for fitbit as well. To make our story shorter Fitbit replaced the watch. None of this would have happened without his help. Thank you Jack !
