BOB'S YOUR PLUMBER

I hired Bob to do the plumbing for my bathroom and it was a terrible experience, he didn't do any of the work himself his apprentices did and they always forgot to install one component of a specific task like the support brace for the tub or the rain shower head or the taps for the sink. Which of course meant more visitrs and would then mean more money. biut that wasn't the end of it, i bought my shower components from a place he recommended and when he and his team could not put it together properly, they fudged it. i noticed a months after when the contact cement wore off. i have tried mant times to contact Bob but nothing no call back, no Bob, where's Bob. So now I have a beautifulbathroom with a dangling handle that is getting worse every day because i use it to turn the shower on. I guess the worst part about it is that I live in Guelph and have to see his truck from time to time. So dont let his smile fool you; you are just a number and the warranty is only good if you can find Bob
