Kelsey Manor

I have been living in kelsey manor for the past 3 years. I am sorry to say that it is not a good place to live. Right from the time I moved in there have been mold issues that was under the wood in the kitchen. Finally the pipe gave out so we replaced it ourselves but it soaked the wood again and while trying to clean up the mess the wood gave out and now there is a big hole in the wood. We took pictures underneath the wood and the amount of black mold there is just horrifying. We got this spray stuff to coat it and stop it from causing my dauggter, grandkids and i from getting sicker but that is just a tempory fix. I called the health inspectors in and the lady said it sefinitely needed to be dealt with. She said she was going to deal with the management from now on. This was 2 weeks ago. No one has made an attempt to even come and check it out. The owners have known about the problem since I moved in. It has just got worse. I would not recommend anyone to move into this building.
