Phippen'S Septic Service

After being frustrated for 5 years with this company, we will no longer use them. They never show up when you book a date and time. They never call to say why they can't make it and when you call back, all you get is a line of bs. I have had to call 3 to 4 times to finally get them out. I know it isn't a glamorous job, but it's a necessity I am paying for and expect some level of service from them. My firm recommendation is that you do not waste your time and energy. Call one of the other 2 firms in the North Bay area, you will get better service
