I do not know how this Mike character still has a job here, he came to give a quote, was coming back Monday morning for a two and a half hour furnace duct repair and never showed. After many excuses, and delays he never did show and no return calls, or would not answer phone. I plan on spreading the word around about this BAD BUSINESS. AVOID AVOID. Cannot deal with these people.
