RAINBOW VACUUM SYSTEMS

I am extremely disappointed with the customer relationship of Rainbow vacuum systems in Barrie. The rep who phones for a yearly touch up on your machine phoned me twice asking for the wrong name on her list. A date was set for the rep to come to our home. Not only did the rep not show up, when I phoned the store to complain the sales lady asked repeatedly how old my machine was. What does that have to do with an apology for a rep not showing up? She then asked why I didn't phone the store asking where the rep was. I was waiting for him to show and the store was close. She said the store stays open every night until 11:00pm. Check the web page for store times. Instead of a genuine apology I received an argument by sales lady telling me It was my fault as I didn't phone to ask where the rep was. If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. Do not purchase a Rainbow vacuum. They are heavy and pain to clean when the water bowl is full of debris.
