Very questionable sales tactics, horrible customer service, and terrible communication within the company.... extremely frustrating experience. The rep said certain things to make the "sale". After the work was started everything started to change. I lost so much confidence in them that I decided too kick them out and got another company to finish. Instead of assuming responsibility for the reps "mistakes", Qualinet kept trying to get me to "understand" his "mistakes" but also accept the consequences! They also kept switching me to different people. It was so frustrating and I was basically on the phone with someone from Qualinet for about 3 weeks straight! Call your insurance company first, no matter what the qualinet rep says. I had a horrible experience with them. If you have their magnet on your fridge, do yourself a favor and trash it now. That's my opinion.
