Several years ago, I entered Elmara's and was blown away by the friendly customer service. For a small store, there was a ton of product available and the store was very clean and clutter-free. I purchased several individual carnations - a small purchase - and the staff took just as much care of the flowers and me as they would a customer that bought 100.
