I specialize in Vancouver’s west side character homes and low and high rise condominiums. I am thorough and detailed in my reporting process. I provide inspections for: - Buyers (Pre-Purchase Inspections), - Sellers (Pre-Listing Inspections) - First time home buyers (Condo inspections) - Home Owners (Maintenance Inspections) and Pre-Renovation Inspections - Commercial Inspections A home inspection is a visual examination of the condition of the major systems of the home. The purpose of the house or condo inspection is to identify and report on any existing major problems. A detailed and comprehensive electronic home inspection report including pictures of the home, documenting the home’s condition, as observed at the time of the real estate inspection is provided to the client within 24 hours of the Vancouver Home Inspection. An inspection completed by an Licensed Inspector who is a member of a Professional Inspection Association within BC and one that has a background in residential construction will ensure that the home in inspected with the Associations Scope of Practice.
