I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price. He was really easy to get a hold of through email, had instant replies to my questions and he even called me when he noticed the battery was about to go and asked if I wanted to replace it. My ipods were fixed in a DAY! I was able to drop it off and pick it up in the same day!!! Words cannot express how pleased I am ! The other employees who work there seemed really nice and laid back, I'll for sure be coming here for anything else I need fixed.
