3, 2017 Will rip you off. They gave me a quote over the phone. But plumber charged me a lot more. When I questioned he got rude and angry with me. Threatened to place a lien on the house. I felt like I didn't have an option but pay. I contacted the office and they said would look into it. But no one called me back and they don't accept my calls. On top of that plumber did not care for my property. Refused to take shoes off, left a mess for me to clean. Don't use Jim Shipp they will rip you off.
