Cows was voted best ice cream in Canada by Reader's Digest readers, and who can blame them? They serve everything in waffle cones or bowls that are made in house! Walk by Cows in the morning, and the order of fresh made cones will pull you in. I love Wowie Cowie and Moo York Cheesecake...together they make the ultimate cone. They also have lots of Cows merchandise that parody popular culture. HILARIOUS. If you are down on the boardwalk, you have to stop at Cows.
