Starting with making the appointment to having the work completed, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. The plumbing technician showed up right on time and only 5 minutes after I had the City of Kitchener shut the water off at the main. Within half an hour I had a new shutoff valve on my water meter and the water could be turned back on. No mess, no fuss and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After he was finished he checked the copper pipes and all the faucets in the house. Very pleased with the service.
