Stranded on the highway 5 minutes drive west of town. Waited an hour for pickup (originally told 15 minutes). Driver took me into town where we stopped for cash to pay him and then he drove me home. The driver smoked while he had my son and I in the vehicle. I live less than 5 minutes south of town. I asked him how much I owed him. He looked up at my house and replied $60. Rip off company. They charge you by how much they think you have in your wallet. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
