I am writing this review because I do not see any other options. I reached out to Clansie (Rocky) over Kijiji for residential snow removal services in the GTA. After confirming price and details, I had transferred half of the agreed amount. When we had the first snowfall, Clansie had informed me his team will be coming by no later than 5pm that day. No one showed up. I reached out to him again and since then I have not received any responses from Clansie, despite having requested my money back.
