They have a decent selection and I don't think they deserve the above reviews. Personally I haven't tried to call them because I've never thought to do it but i don't feel its that big a deal just go see them and have a chat. Its a nice town get to know the people here. Having no phone number doesn't instantly mark a store as horrible
