Poorly run, low budget home. Staffing is inadequate .one staff from approx.4 pm until 6 am. Brochure is deceiving. Do NOT let them convince you that they can provide palliative care..It is impossible given the lack of staff and the lack of knowledge in current palliative care practices. The management lacks in initiative when it comes to resident needs. You will find yourself doing all of the work. Management is rude and not trustworthy. Housekeeping is poorly managed by one staff. Laundry comes back just as dirty as when it went. Residents left in urine all night. Reported several times to Ret.Home Regulatory Authority for neglect,disrespect and lack of dignity. Please do not leave a loved one here without being directly involved.
