Murray Pratt D.D. Denture Clinics.

My senior citizen mother went here for her dentures and they lasted 1/2 the years of all her other dentures. She has worn dentures since she was in her 20`s and on top of the that receptionist was so rude about it even after noticing that they never made appts for relign as she says is very important. If relign is so important then why would they not schedule them for her. In the end the conversation, she told my mom that if she is so dissatisfied that she should see another denturist......HOW RUDE and uncalled for. Needless to say she won`t e going back there but she still has a broken denture and a sour taste in her mouth from feeling that she was taken advantage of.
