If you want to be treated with attitude and rudeness, then these are your people! Top notch service when it comes to treating their customers. The wife (co-operator) is a real peach. They like to yell at their customers and lie about what they do. If you catch them out on a lie, then they will just lie even more. Quite ridiculous. Even the son (who we met at the home show) said that he's only there for the money. Said his new step mom (who I mentioned earlier) is and that his dad is too lazy to do anything about it. Very lazy and rude people with no respect whatsoever for their customers. I suggest you stay as far away from these goofs as possible.
