Up to June, I had nothing but praise! Since then, they seem to have put in a push on sales and now they are taking 30 minutes and they often say - after 30 minutes - wait another 30 minutes. I went on 'chat' to say - given I have recommended them to 3 friends - I cannot recommend them until they get their phone help back to 2-8 minutes. Long waits makes it the same as the 2 big providers in London area..... not acceptable. I was impressed with Toyota who stopped plant production until they got their quality back up there. TekSavvy needs to do the same. Get the phone times down and I would give it a 5 rating for what they provide.
