Wow, wish I had read the previous review on this business. Had a similar experience in that I ordered a simple, pretty little bouquet of flowers for a friend recently in hospital. The order arrived on time, but the flowers were already starting to wilt, as though they were just getting rid of their leftovers at the end of the day or something. The arrangement was also pretty loosely thrown together: I mean it looked awkward, sticking up unevenly, didn't really look like there was much effort put into it. It was a cheaper order, thankfully, so I wasn't too upset and didn't try for a refund, but it certainly puts me off ever wanting to order from them again.
