I worked with Travel Suites to secure a condo rental in Naples Florida in December 2017. The unit was never secured on my behalf (I confirmed with the Condo Association that an approval application had never been submitted) and my phone calls and e mails have not been answered for over 3 weeks. It appears I have been scammed for my $750 damage deposit. I found incidents of such happening to others on the internet as well. Kijiji, the police and the Canadian Anti fraud centre have been contacted. This destroyed what was to be a wonderful holiday for my family.
