I feel like I need to share what a huge impact Life Designs has had on my life! I went through a pretty deep depression after my mom passed away at 57 from Leukemia. I just let myself go and self soothed with food and then the guilt followed! I was lucky enough to find LIFE designs. I met with Andrea and also Carola for Revive. These ladies (and my workout partners) have been so supportive. Being active has done so much more than some anti-depressant. I was down on myself when I started, I felt weak! Now I'm happy to say I feel much stronger - I can do a side plank now ! I don't hate cardio as much as I used to, some things are starting to feel less impossible and more enjoyable. I still find myself wishing the progress would happen faster but most days I tell myself to "trust the process" it is working! Muscle definition is starting to happen, even under my extra fluff and I've lost a few inches. Thank you ladies for your knowledge and caring approach to fitness.
